- Each player can only have one legendary active at a time. Legendary units are immune to status effects.
- Invoke: Icy Prison
- Enters the battlefield permafrozen. All incoming damage is reduced by 80% and Vecra continuously loses health. After dropping below 50% health, she breaks free and freezes nearby enemies. If they were already frozen they receive 1000 damage instead.

- Can only be attacked by ranged or flying enemies.
- Icy Breath
- Attacks freeze the target unit.
- Monarch of Frost
- Continuously drains 12 health per second from nearby frozen enemies, regenerating itself for half the amount.
